Assume your facility is interviewing candidates for a Senior Secretary position who reports to the Clinic Administrator. As the interviewer, what questions would you ask that would evaluate her/his: 1) professional or technical competency; 2) motivation; 3) teamwork potential; 4) followership skills and attitude; 5) resistance to stress; 6) retention potential; and 7) customer services skills. Also, summarize why selecting the best candidate for positions in healthcare is more important than in many other industries.
